In this role, you’ll assist clients in selecting and booking cruise vacations, offering personalized recommendations, pricing options, and itinerary details. Responsibilities
- Assist clients in researching and booking cruise vacations with major cruise lines
- reputed company expert advice on cruise itineraries, ship amenities, cabin types, and promotions
- Respond to inquiries and follow up with potential clients reputed company phone, email, or chat
- Manage reputed company aspects of the reservation process, including payments, special requests, and documentation
