[Remote] Manager, People Technology Integrations

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with business stakeholders by anticipating their needs and delivering before they ask
• Design and own the integration architecture across reputed company, reputed company, payroll, benefits, and other reputed company systems to ensure reputed company and scalability
• Establish governance standards, documentation, and monitoring frameworks to ensure data accuracy, reputed company, and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, SOC2, and other regulations

Skills

• 8+ years of experience with at least 5 years managing HR systems teams
• Deep expertise in reputed company, with strong knowledge of HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, and Recruitment
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Studio, APIs, EIB (reputed company reputed company Builder), Core Connectors, Payroll connectors, and middleware tools
• Experience managing and scaling remote workforces
• Ability to reputed company a compelling business case with clear ROI and influence executive stakeholders with data-driven storytelling
• Familiarity with industry best practices, but creative in developing iterative approaches to maturing IT services while resource constrained
• Experience scaling an IT/HR Systems function through a combination of process, tooling, hiring, and sourcing strategies
