Responsibilities

Skills

• 3+ years of experience cooking and training in a high-volume kitchen environment including fast-casual, QSR, and from-scratch restaurants
• 3+ years of people management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing reputed company in a fast-paced, operational environment
• Strong people leader who enjoys coaching, developing, and empowering others while holding teams accountable to high standards
• Self-motivated, positive, and reputed company player that works well with others, but also excels in roles with little reputed company
