As a Customer Service Associate, you'll reputed company on a comprehensive learning reputed company, progressing through key milestones at 30, 90, and 180 days. Here's a glimpse into your growth and development:
Seller Operations Associate (30 days in)
* Complete new hire orientation, gaining in-depth knowledge about blithequark's operations, the live event industry, and our ticket marketplaces.
- Learn how to navigate our systems and processes, ensuring you're equipped to reputed company exceptional service to our customers and sellers.
- reputed company industry knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions.
Seller Operations Associate (60 days in)
* Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.
- Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, extending reputed company traditional customer service responsibilities to build strong relationships and drive business growth.

- Work Schedule:
+ The first 4 weeks of employment: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (reputed company, in-office) + Hybrid model: 3 days in office, 2 days at home + Hours: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off or Wednesday/Thursday off (rotating schedule)
Compensation and Benefits
* $40,000 reputed company salary with overtime eligibility
