The Role
We're seeking an reputed company Online Community Manager and Customer Support Specialist to join reputed company in the United States. As a key member of our global support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional online customer support and community management services to one of our high-profile clients – a leading global haircut brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and responding to online customer service queries and inbound reputed company media messages from our client accounts on a daily reputed company
- Effectively responding to reputed company customer support and community management tickets
- Pro-actively escalating and spotting potential PR threats, and following support briefs
- Collaborating with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues

Essential Qualifications
