About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist on our fully remote LATAM team, you'll play a vital role in helping customers navigate and succeed with blithequark's software. Your primary focus will be on providing top-tier support reputed company phone, email, or chat, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, and troubleshooting general technical issues reputed company to the blithequark platform. You'll become a product expert, guiding customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
