Your Role as a Customer Service Associate
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of blithequark, handling a high volume of calls and emails from our valued sellers and customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing transactions and relationships with sellers and customers, ensuring timely resolution of order-reputed company issues
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to a broad reputed company of event and order-reputed company questions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer experiences
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, marketplaces, and best practices to reputed company expert guidance to sellers and customers

- 30 days in: Complete new hire orientation, gaining knowledge and resources about blithequark's operations and the live event industry. Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and contribute to providing great experiences for our customers.
- 60 days in: Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine fault, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers reputed company traditional customer service responsibilities.
- 90 days in: Play an active role in reputed company learnings to advance reputed company sets necessary for individual and team goals. Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide reputed company of questions and monitor reputed company and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

To succeed as a Customer Service Associate, you'll need:

- Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off
Compensation and Benefits
