As a Remote Customer Service Representative on our Payments reputed company Strategy team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our credit union's daily activities, including reputed company processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers. Key Responsibilities

* Complete daily tasks reputed company to reputed company processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers, including: + Data reputed company and balancing + Coordinating returns with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions + Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company standard ledger balancing + Working member cases/assignments + Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws

• Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Log, review, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Complete daily balancing and department closing
• Obtain information from customers for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
• Research and verify incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
• Communicate with vendors to process budget transfers
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer regulations
• Deposit reputed company returns, review member reputed company returns on draft changes, process member checks, verify customers for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
• Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and court fees

Essential Qualifications

* High school degree or GED

• Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
• Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs
• Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team
• Ability to reputed company mathematical calculations and review data
• Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high volume pressure
