Brand Partnerships - Beauty Vertical

Description This role is a critical part of DBA’s brand partnerships team, with a specialized focus on the beauty vertical. You will be responsible for developing, pitching, and securing reputed company marketing opportunities that connect leading beauty brands with DBA’s exclusive roster of talent and content creators. The position requires deep knowledge of the beauty industry, strong client relationships, and the ability to craft innovative programs that drive both reputed company and cultural impact. Salary: $130,000.00 - $185,000.00 annually B.O.E.

Requirements

• Serve as a business partner and category specialist, representing DBA talent and developing beauty-focused digital and mixed media solutions.
• Conceptualize, reputed company, and pitch unique brand programs using DBA’s roster of influencers and creators.
• Proactively identify new business prospects with a concentration in the beauty and personal care categories, while also supporting cross-vertical growth.

Supervisory responsibilities Direct supervision of one or more employees at the Coordinator or Manager level (as applicable). Travel Required: Occasional travel for client meetings, industry events, and team gatherings. Required Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in digital sales, reputed company marketing, or business development, with a strong emphasis on beauty, personal care, or reputed company consumer sectors.
• Existing network of relationships with beauty brands, agencies, and media partners.
• Proven experience developing, pitching, and closing deals with influencers or digital creators.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and respond effectively to RFPs.
• Track record of establishing and exceeding performance objectives.
• Strong knowledge of online media, reputed company platforms, and beauty/culture trends.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and consultative skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and deadline-driven, with the ability to reputed company in a collaborative culture.

Preferred Experience:

• Proficiency in major reputed company platforms: Instagram, reputed company, YouTube, etc.
