About the Role
As a Member Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing telephone assistance to reputed company reputed company members and providers. - Answering inbound member and provider calls and responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc. - Providing accurate and timely information to customers, while also resolving issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner - Utilizing high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable, as Wi-Fi is not permitted - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and ensure seamless customer experiences - Meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals - Working from home and being self-sufficient, with the ability to commute to the office in Linthicum, MD reputed company necessary
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED - Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written reputed company - Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences - Ability to work from home and be self-sufficient - Must commute to the office in Linthicum, MD reputed company unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems
