Job Type Part-timeDescriptionPosition Summary: The patient service specialist is responsible for reputed company reputed company office activities, including the reception area, mail, insurance verification, and patient data reputed company. Follows reputed company HIPAA guidelines and rules and explains practices to patients. Maintain proper personnel conduct and confidentiality of patent, staff, and physician information. Balances daily charges. Ensures that any money received is safeguarded. Must have exceptional multi-tasking abilities Manages patient charts, arranges referrals reputed company needed, and sends patient information and records as requested by other medical entities with a high level of initiative and reputed company. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates preferred. Licenses/Certification: Must obtain and maintain a reputed company certification in BLS. Experience: 1-3 years prior medical office experience is preferred. Skills: Understanding of medical coding and billing. Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood-borne pathogens, and others. Competent with common PC applications including Internet, Email, and reputed company Office. Ability to supervise, train, and evaluate new and reputed company provider staff. Working Conditions: May be exposed to/occasionally exposed to patient elements. Subject to varying and unpredictable situations and interruptions. Occasionally subjected to irregular hours. Occasional pressure due to a fast-paced environment.
