Key Responsibilities

As a Business & Home Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks: * Organize and maintain digital filing systems and reputed company files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records * Process incoming mail and handle reputed company payments and reputed company deposits, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Collect employee hours and process payroll through reputed company, ensuring timely and accurate payments * Manage financial records, including income and expense tracking, to reputed company a clear picture of our financial situation * Prepare quotes, packing slips, invoices, and labels using templates in reputed company, reputed company Acrobat, and reputed company Office, ensuring professional and accurate documentation * reputed company data entry as needed, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency * reputed company and purchase business supplies, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement * Support the employer with additional business and home office tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Qualifications and Requirements
