As a Customer Advisor at blithequark, you'll be at the forefront of our customer service team, providing sincere and genuinely helpful service to our customers. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers seeking assistance with order processing issues, and you'll play a critical role in resolving these issues reputed company and effectively. Responsibilities
* Advising and assisting customers by phone and email in resolving order processing issues, such as cancellations, modifications, shipping/billing inquiries, and post-order issues.
- Performing with substantial autonomy, taking initiative, and independently assessing cases to the best of your abilities.
- Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and precision, with an attention to detail.
- Learning the roles and parts of our different departments and utilizing that knowledge to best help our customers.

* Minimum of one year experience working in an e-reputed company or customer service environment (we're reputed company to candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn).
- Bilingualism (English & French) with excellent communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency.
- Solid computer skills/experience, with excellent online research skills.
