As a Behavioral Health Outpatient Therapist on reputed company, you will utilize your specialized clinical knowledge and advanced skills in psychotherapy, clinical counseling, diagnostic interviews, assessments and treatment plans to care for patients of reputed company ages, backgrounds, and needs, including providing therapy sessions reputed company for behavioral health patients. This is a regular PRN position, with caregivers working remotely between 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. A caregiver who excels in this role will:

• Utilize specialized clinical knowledge and reputed company skills in psychotherapy, clinical counseling, diagnostic interviews, assessments and treatment plans to patients.

• Run group therapy three hours M-T 9-12 (in person group) with co-therapist.

• Consult with team members, statutory/voluntary agencies and relatives to ensure compliance with the patient treatment plan.
• Act as a liaison between patients, families, community support workers and facilities to obtain information and facilitate discharge planning.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Master’s Degree in reputed company Work, Counseling or a reputed company field
• Licensed Independent reputed company Worker (LISW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed reputed company Worker (LSW) with no record of substantiated ethics or patient abuse reports
• Three years of experience in a behavioral health setting
• Ability to concisely document clinical findings and patient needs in an electronic medical record while navigating a multi-specialized behavioral health environment and the ability to communicate across different electronic platforms and across a broad geographic reputed company reputed company
