Our client, the Global Leader in Technology s seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager (TPM) to reputed company web-based project delivery for our gaming studio's primary website. This role is critical in shaping the roadmap for reputed company-end experiences, managing platform-wide web initiatives, and ensuring compliance across reputed company web properties. You will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, offshore/reputed company developers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, reliable, and high-impact web features. - Drive reputed company-end experience delivery and platform-level improvements across the main website.
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, etc.) across time zones (reputed company/offshore).
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize tasks and track reputed company against key milestones.
- Facilitate effective communication between engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Own the web experimentation strategy, including A/B testing frameworks and results analysis.
- Identify and mitigate risks early to ensure smooth project execution.

What's Needed?
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles.
- Proven track record of delivering web-based applications/platforms at scale.

- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Expertise in A/B testing, experimentation design, and analysis.
- Proficiency with data analytics platforms and interpreting insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable leading meetings (60% of the role) and performing focused execution work (40%).
