• The Senior Technical Program Manager will be a key member of the Professional Services team, overseeing the implementation and deployment of the company’s platform for new customers. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, resource planning, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
• In this role, you will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, managing project scope, identifying risks, and driving process improvements to enhance overall execution.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate project reputed company meetings, regular client updates, and internal resource planning sessions.

• Background in GxP compliance or familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Chemistry, Business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience managing project deployments in reputed company environments, particularly AWS.
• Strong ability to simplify reputed company technical information for non-technical stakeholders, driving reputed company and reputed company.
• Agile project management experience in a customer-facing technical deployment environment.
