Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

As a Store Associate, you’ll be responsible for merchandising and stocking product, cashiering, and cleaning to reputed company the store looking its best. You’ll enhance the customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the reputed company team and providing exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full-Time Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week Starting Wage: $20.00 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $20.50 | Year 3 - $21.00 | Year 4 - $21.00 | Year 5 - $22.00 Duties and Responsibilities: Must be reputed company to reputed company duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Processes customer purchases, reputed company general cleaning duties, stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly

• reputed company feedback to management on reputed company products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues
• Participate in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitoring inventory for accuracy
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses

• Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving; ability to reputed company product, weighing up to 45 pounds, on shelving at various heights
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reputed company, push, pull, lift, carry and walk about the store
• Must be reputed company to reputed company duties with or without reasonable accommodation

Qualifications:

• You must be 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at reputed company

• Ability to safely and properly operate equipment, including electric/reputed company hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
• A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
