About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Personal Trainer to join reputed company as a Flexologist in Charleston, SC. As a Flexologist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients in achieving healthier and happier lives through one-on-one assisted stretching. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Ensure safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce reputed company policies and safety rules
• Build reputed company membership and retain reputed company clientele
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns reputed company applicable
• Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
• Maintain strong reputed company media reputed company for client membership, interaction, and retention
• Clean and maintain reputed company equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

Qualifications and Requirements

We're looking for individuals with a passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility, and a background in personal training, massage therapy, physical therapy, Pilates or yoga instruction, or dance instruction. If you have a professional work ethic, are reliable, and adhere to our attendance policies, we'd love to hear from you.

Essential Qualifications:

• Love of boutique fitness environment
• Passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Preferred background: Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, Pilates or Yoga Instructor, Dance Instructor
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes reputed company people
• Love of connecting with people and have passion for helping them reputed company goals

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a reputed company field, such as personal training, massage therapy, or physical therapy
• Knowledge of stretching and flexibility techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Training and Development
