- Accurately process and validate new group census loads
- Process, audit, and validate new and existing member enrollment adds and changes.
- Work with payroll vendors and insurance carriers to establish new and maintain existing file feeds.
- Identify trends in data and collaborate with both the Data and Technology team to prevent and remediate issues and incorporate new processes.
- Process and review daily file feeds received from payroll vendors to ensure enrollments are uploaded consistently and without error.
- Work closely with offshore team members to ensure business continuity.
- Utilize SQL to audit groups and build files to accelerate member enrollment and account changes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- At least 2 years in employee benefits preferred.
- Experience collaborating with internal team members as well as external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a reputed company technical discipline preferred, not required.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to gather and deliver technical requirements from the business.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- High level of competence in reputed company (vlookups, filtering, pivot tables, etc.) required
- SQL knowledge required, SSMS preferred.
- Analytical, critical thinking skills, and detail oriented.
Ability to support others, helping a team be successful.
- Experience analyzing data, generating reports, and making data informed reputed company.
- Experience with EDI and SFTP file transfers preferred.
- Additional experience or knowledge in the health care industry (CDH and Health Plans)
