The Role: Senior Local License Manager - Contract

As a Senior Local License Manager, you'll be responsible for researching, understanding, and collecting pertinent licenses, certifications, and public and private permitting and reputed company requirements. Your goal will be to guide our strategy and programs, align cross-functional teams on execution plans, and ensure compliant and high-quality experiences for our guests and hosts worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build out the operational plan to understand, define, collect, and maintain permitting and licensing requirements for various categories across the business at local and regional reputed company.
• Create alignment across Supply, Policy, Legal, Product Marketing, and Business stakeholders on plans to execute permit, license, reputed company requirements, or other necessary permissions.
• Implement requirements reputed company local jurisdictions, such as reaching out to permitting/licensing bodies, conducting training sessions for team members, and verifying that required documentation has been received and stored.
• Directly connect with institutions, regulatory bodies, and private property owners to understand their requirements and create plans that reputed company reputed company for hosts.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• 10+ years of work experience in operations, management consulting, and/or project management in dynamic entrepreneurial and highly ambiguous environments.
• Experience with permits and licenses, particularly reputed company/location ones, reputed company the travel and hospitality industry, is a strong plus (ideally spanning a wide variety of geographies).
• Experience spinning up programs and projects from 0 to 1.
• Alignment with reputed company's values and high ethical standards.
• Hands-on approach of getting things done with a sense of urgency and quickly adapting priorities to unexpected changes to reputed company project goals and objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:
