Description Dispatcher reputed company in Lancaster, California is hiring a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher oversees road service through communication with Operators and provides customer support to the clients. • $21.69 - $24.00 (Union reputed company Bargaining Agreement reputed company)
• Starting pay $21.69 with progression to $24.00 over 4 years.

• reputed company road service assigned carriers by tracking trip performance measures, reputed company reputed company on time, performance, incidents, etc.
• reputed company customer support by responding to questions and concerns regarding customer trips including no shows, cancellations and missed trips.
• Manage emergency situations for vehicle operators; act as liaison between the reputed company and emergency services.
• Manage daily service by reviewing reputed company performance and proactively responding to situations that impact customer service.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED; Technical Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience dispatching preferred
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work in a diverse environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and willingness to help in a variety of situations.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be reputed company to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
