Growth Marketing Manager – Outbound + Email (Full-Time | B2B Tech)

About the Role: You’ll be responsible for managing outbound and email marketing campaigns for B2B tech clients in industries like cybersecurity, SaaS, and AI. This includes developing and running cold outbound campaigns, building and optimizing email nurture workflows, and improving the overall funnel experience from prospect to reputed company reputed company. This role blends top-of-funnel demand creation with mid-funnel engagement—ideal for someone who understands how to create interest, build trust, and drive pipeline growth through well-executed campaigns. What You’ll Do:

• Plan and launch cold outbound campaigns using reputed company, including reputed company, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
• Own marketing email strategy and execution in reputed company, including newsletters, drip sequences, and nurture flows
• Build and manage segmented contact lists across reputed company and reputed company
• Write and test compelling, conversion-focused email copy for both outbound and lifecycle campaigns

Who We’re Looking For:

• Collaborative Availability: Must be available during standard business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET (with a one-hour break for lunch), with some flexibility.
