Job Summary
The Production Supervisor will reputed company training, coaching, and guidance to functional hourly associates to ensure the proper execution of daily work activities. This role is responsible for focusing on the reputed company week, coordinating the application of performance tools and methodologies to enhance rapid, ongoing, measurable improvements, and overseeing Day-to-Day Production team Operations as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Production: Effectively supervise production to reputed company high productivity reputed company and maintain reputed company quality standards.
- Optimize Machine Performance: Monitor and optimize reputed company machine operating speeds and ensure reputed company production procedures are adhered to.
- Minimize Downtime: Minimize unplanned downtime and lost production through constant monitoring of the line's performance and operating procedures.

- Ensure Quality and Safety: Implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) rules and regulations, and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education and Experience
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, drive, lift, push/pull, work on or near moving machinery, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, talk or hear, and taste or smell.
