Key Responsibilities

• Answer and reputed company telephone calls using our state-of-the-art telecommunications system, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• A minimum typing speed of 45 WPM, with the ability to ask pertinent questions and document caller responses accurately.

Work Environment & Schedule

We're a remote team, and this role can be performed from the comfort of your own home. Our flexible scheduling accommodates a reputed company of needs, with available shifts including:

• Full-time early morning positions (between 3:00 AM and 2:00 PM)
• Part-time morning positions (between 4:00 AM and 2:00 PM)
• Part-time evening positions (between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM)
• Split Shifts are also available for this position.
• Working at least one weekend day is a requirement for this role.
