Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Agent & KYC Analyst to work in a night shift role (12:00 AM to 09:00 AM, 5 days per week, with occasional weekend and bank holiday shifts) to support our customers in the Japanese time zone. As a Customer Support Agent & KYC Analyst, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints, providing timely and appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure resolution reputed company chat, email, or phone support. You will also be responsible for reviewing and analyzing customer information to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, and complaints.

Essential Qualifications

* Fluent proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken)
