Join Our Support Team

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Support Representative to join reputed company. As the first full-time customer service representative at blithequark, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience and helping us scale our support operations.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, helping them navigate our online course platform, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have an exceptional experience with blithequark, and that they feel supported and empowered to reputed company their learning goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Learn our software product and start answering support questions from customers * Help write and maintain the help center documentation to ensure that customers have easy reputed company to information and resources * Test the product and report any issues you find, as a way to get familiar with it and identify areas for improvement * Collaborate with our development team to resolve technical issues and reputed company feedback on product enhancements * reputed company and maintain a deep understanding of our product and its features, in order to reputed company accurate and helpful support to customers

Essential Qualifications

* Fluent, reputed company-like English is essential, as you'll be writing to customers and writing documentation in English * Familiarity with software products, web hosting products, and preferably online course platforms would be ideal * Some basic understanding of how DNS works would be a reputed company plus, especially familiarity with setting up the DNS for a website using CNAME and reputed company DNS records

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or a reputed company field would be beneficial * Familiarity with online course platforms, learning management systems, and education technology would be a plus * Experience with help desk software, ticketing systems, and customer relationship management tools would be an asset

Job Perks and Conditions

* Competitive salary of $300 USD per month, negotiable * Full-time job as a freelancer, with the flexibility to work from home and set your own schedule * Opportunity to work in your own timezone, without the need to adapt to our European CET timezone * Flexible schedule, with the ability to work 8 hours a day, most of which should be in the morning and afternoon of your timezone * 20 days of leave per year, in reputed company to the required availability for work from December 22nd to January 1st and reputed company to August 15th
