Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Interacting with customers reputed company telephone, written correspondence, fax, web, and/or electronic mail to reputed company expert guidance and support
- Researching customer information utilizing appropriate systems, policies, regulations, procedures, and other reference materials to effectively respond to and resolve customer issues

- Basic medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation is a plus
