Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers reputed company telephone, written correspondence, fax, web, and/or electronic mail to reputed company expert guidance and support
  • Researching customer information utilizing appropriate systems, policies, regulations, procedures, and other reference materials to effectively respond to and resolve customer issues

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent and three years of experience in a complaint-type customer service office setting (health insurance or reputed company field preferred)
  • Availability for training 9-12 weeks in length
  • Reliable internet service provider and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace
  • Basic medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Training and Development

Compensation and Benefits
