What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from our valued cardholders, providing exceptional customer service, and building relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound calls from cardholders, resolving inquiries, authorizing sales, and maintaining up-to-date computerized customer information

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• 6+ months of customer service experience, or military equivalent experience

What You'll Need to Be Considered for This Role

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles.
