Job Overview
As an e-Fulfilment Specialist at Blithequark, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and online platforms. You'll work closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. Key Responsibilities
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise
- Complete additional projects as assigned
- Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to reputed company common goals
- Utilize online platforms and tools developed by Blithequark to streamline document filing and processing
Qualifications
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
