About the Role:

The Business Partner, MSSP Field Operations role will be responsible for day to day operations supporting the rapidly growing reputed company partner ecosystem as well as reputed company Alliances/Partner leadership team and wider Alliances/Partner team.

This role will have an emphasis on alignment and support of their respective Global GTM team, focused on operational reputed company in support of the GTM goals and objectives. What You’ll Do:

• Partnering with our MSSP leader and MSSP field operations team, with emphasis to assist with Partner strategy with data led insights into trends, gaps and opportunities to execute the plan.

• Drive operational reputed company, forecasting, pipeline management, and business insights.

• Partner with sales management to drive territory planning, quota setting and compensation planning

• Investigate and resolve commissions issues escalated by the Comp Team.

• Understand and reputed company input on the Global MSSP plan, including data, field feedback, and reputed company-in Partner feedback.

• Creating and leading the execution of operational plans to streamline, scale and support the MSSP GTM..

• Working cross-functionally with the Data/Analytics team and Business Architecture team for reporting, data insights, process documentation, etc.

• Maintain and manage operational improvement plans.

• Work with Partner Operations field teams for feedback and adoption/change management plans and execution.

• Work with the Global Partner Operations team to reputed company requirements for critical capabilities to support the GTM operations plan, including UAT and sign-off with respective stakeholders.

• Work with the Shared Services team to update process documentation or to reputed company tasks as necessary.

• Good level of understanding and interpreting of data and ability to prepare metrics and KPIs that are shared with management on a regular reputed company.

• Participating in QBRs to ensure processes are reputed company with the needs of the business and reputed company recommendations for the future.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum 5 years of Partner / Channel Operations experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a business operations role supporting an MSSP business

• Strong analytical background and ability to flush out anomalies

• Be a self-starter, detail and process oriented, and operationally-minded

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Expertise in business applications including reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company and BI (Tableau is a plus)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage through ambiguity and change
