Job Summary
As a Licensed Pharmacy Technician & Customer Relations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our reputed company Customer Relations and retail pharmacy stores. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer calls, emails, and letters in a manner that reflects reputed company's purpose and values. You'll serve as a customer reputed company, researching, responding, and interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers. This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as you'll work closely with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner.
Responsibilities

Requirements
