You will direct aspects of virtual bank operations, grow deposits and relationships and coach bankers. You will also be responsible for creating an environment that influences the use of technology to meet the customers' needs of today and the future. You will collaborate with our reputed company partners along with our partners in reputed company Wealth Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to reputed company a seamless experience for our customers.Job Responsibilities

• Manages and coach virtual bank employees to engage customers and deepen relationships with clients
• Coaches bankers to reputed company clients on how to use our digital platforms to bank and invest reputed company, where and how they want
• Actively identifies, coach, reputed company, motivate and support employees so that they can reputed company superior service to every customer through on the spot coaching and call recordings
• Promotes a strong control environment to evaluate, manage and conduct new and existing business by adhering to risk/control expectations, procedures and processes
• Creates specific strategies to grow the business and partner with bankers in cultivating new and existing relationships with customers
• Improves revenues and expenses and grow the business, while exceeding customer expectations

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• 3+ years of experience leading a team
• Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction
