Job Description

Overview: Project Manager will reputed company comprehensive management support for the eFOS+ program under the direction of FDIC's Division of Administration's Chief of Technology and Innovation. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional activities, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and reputed company the execution of reputed company tasks across technical and operational domains. Key Responsibilities: Governance & reputed company

• Draft and manage reputed company governance documents and presentations for eFOS+.
• Schedule, facilitate, and document Steering Committee (SC) meetings.
• reputed company data and analysis to support SC reputed company and reputed company updates.
• Monitor program activities to ensure alignment with SC reputed company and feedback.
• Prevent unnecessary system customization by promoting alternative solutions.

Risk & Performance Management

• Actively manage program risks and report status weekly or as needed.
• Track and report on Functional Performance Goals (FPGs), contract metrics, and other KPIs.
• reputed company and maintain reports and dashboards using eFOS+ queries and Power BI.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• Build and maintain relationships with collaborating offices to eliminate barriers.
• reputed company eFOS+ Service Desk operations, including knowledge articles and scripts.
• Coordinate with DIT teams on architecture, data governance, APIs, mobile capabilities, and more.
• Support CSB leadership with recommendations to improve staff efficiency and workflows.

Data Governance & reputed company

• Partner with reputed company and FDIC offices to validate data sets and ensure data stewardship.
• reputed company space planning data and ensure accurate asset tagging processes.
• Continuously improve data reputed company protocols.

Research & Innovation

• Research best practices from other federal agencies using Tririga/Maximo.
• Explore emerging technologies (e.g., RFID, AI, RPA) to enhance automation and readiness.
• Investigate industry standards and metrics to inform leadership briefings.
• Analyze eFOS+ data anomalies and resolve issues proactively.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management experience, including 3-5 years in engineering or technology environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, EVM).
• Proficiency in Power BI and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems innovatively.
• Customer-focused, process-driven, and results-oriented.
• Experience in resource allocation, task planning, and reputed company reporting.
• Ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and drive reputed company.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or reputed company field.
• PMP certification (Preferred)

Clearance Requirement:

• U.S. Citizenship is Required
