About the Role

We're on the hunt for a talented Customer Support Specialist with GDS experience to join our dynamic Support team. As a critical member of our organization, you'll be the face of Blithequark for our customers, providing top-notch support and helping them unlock the full potential of our Travel Products. Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish, leveraging phone, chat, email, and video conferencing to ensure seamless communication.
• De-escalate and resolve reputed company issues by utilizing platform and industry expertise, ensuring customers receive the best possible experience.
• Document product functionality and country-specific nuances, training Global Support Team members and contributing to the growth of our knowledge reputed company.
• Become a product expert, serving as a go-to resource for both customers and coworkers, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to reputed company insights and suggestions for enhancing our customer experience through automation or added features.
• Work effectively under time constraints, meeting schedules and deadlines to ensure clients' needs are met.

What You'll Need

Essential Qualifications:

• Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a night shift from 10pm-6am CT.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer/client-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support.
• Experience working reputed company the travel industry or with travel products.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Organizational skills and experience improving processes.
• Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities.
• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a reputed company/BT Consultant Role, covering reputed company supplier products (reputed company, rail, and hotel).
• 2+ years of GDS experience (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) to an intermediate level.
• IATA accreditation (WWAFT/WAII/BA2).
