Job Purpose and Impact

• The Senior Professional, General HR Operations job performs reputed company reputed company services spanning data administration, position management, learning administration, exit processing, service delivery enablement, vendor management, performance monitoring, benefits and other transactions to ensure the successful delivery of the reputed company administrative services. Under minimal supervision, this job provides advice to employees and managers, and leads the implementation and improvement of reputed company services administration activities including benefits, new hire and termination process administration.

Key Accountabilities

• EMPLOYEE SUPPORT: Provides advice to employees and managers to address questions and performs reputed company transactions on employee benefits programs, time and attendance and reputed company policies, including disability, health and life benefits, paid time off and retirement plans.
• HR RESEARCH: Performs reputed company reputed company research to maintain knowledge of industry and market trends, assesses the organization's reputed company processes and standards and performance metrics, identifies impacts to the organization's reputed company administrative services, processes and standards, and recommends improvements to leadership.
• COMPLIANCE: Monitors employee reputed company legislation compliance and regulatory updates, and proposes guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.

• VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Partners with key vendors and stakeholders to stay updated on the latest technologies, tools and methodologies and identifies opportunities to integrate them into program design and delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
• Greater than 5 years of demonstrated experience with Request Management tools and support process.
• Experience designing and managing processes reputed company a global context.
• Experience and understanding of core business processes and transactions including functional knowledge of HR end-to-end process.
• Demonstrated track record in taking initiative, proposing solutions, working independently and handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience learning, designing and/or implementing enhancements to ways of working.
• Demonstrated willingness and ability to partner, build, and sustain positive working relationships with critical stakeholders (internally and 3rd party partners).
• Demonstrated reputed company in managing projects and preferred experience in building and overseeing a portfolio of reputed company initiatives.
