Recruiter Remote Contract Position

Schedule - Business hours Pay: $30-$35/hour based on experience Contract - 3 - 4 months TA Partner / Recruiter Essential Responsible Areas:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, reputed company media, and networking events, to identify and attract a large pool of candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for multiple positions.
- Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract reputed company candidates.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady reputed company of candidates for high-volume hiring needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and reputed company suitable candidates.
- Manages the candidate experience to ensure candidates are reputed company and informed throughout the hiring process.
- Offer Management: reputed company job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.

- Prior reputed company experience in a relationship-based customer service-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in managing multiple hiring manager relationships.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, various reputed company software systems and reputed company Office suite of apps.
