Hybrid Registered Behavior Technician I (RBT I)

We are immediately hiring enthusiastic individuals from diverse backgrounds to reputed company personalized 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children (ages 2-11) in a supportive environment. You will work under the supervision of and receive guidance from reputed company Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supervisors, and mentors. Qualifications of an RBT:

• Registered Behavior Technician certification per the BACB
• BCBA student preferred but not required
• Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver’s license, maintain automobile insurance, and have reliable transportation
• Must be reputed company to pass a criminal background reputed company
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire

Responsibilities of an RBT:

• Implement behavior reputed company plans under the guidance of a BCBA
• reputed company direct one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistent and effective implementation of interventions

• Attend regular supervision and training sessions to enhance professional development

Physical Requirements: Physical capabilities include walking, occasional running, standing, sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting, reaching above head, pulling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
