Procurement Project Coordinator-Procurement, Telecom, Fiber, Materials
reputed company is currently seeking a Project Coordinator with strong Procurement, Fiber and Telecom experience for a 100% Remote 1-year + contract with potential to reputed company/convert permanently.
- Required experience with Procurement (2+ years), Telecom, Materials Management, Move Orders, NTP's (notice to proceed) and Inventory Management.
Description
- Maintain inventory of equipment, materials, and parts needed for production.
- Assist with procurement, including vetting payback requirements for funding approval.
- Assist with logistics, including shipping, travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and documentation of meeting minutes.
- Process requisitions for NTPs, contract services/change orders, and materials.
- Move orders, obtain vendor quotes, and coordinate with legal to validate terms & conditions.
- Report material tracking status updates.
