Job Summary

As a Manager, reputed company Media Strategy & Activation, you will report to the Senior Manager and reputed company our Consumer Products in-house paid and organic reputed company media team. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing reputed company media strategies that drive ecommerce growth, improve brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. You will be responsible for managing a team of reputed company media professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to help them grow and reputed company in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Continue growth of in-house teams and responsibilities with an eye toward efficiency

• Work with our teams to identify and design (or use 3rd party) tools to improve efficiency
• Partner across teams, organizations, and companies (media partners and agency) to improve overall technical setup and inter-departmental workflow

Requirements & Skills

Essential Qualifications

• 10+ years of digital marketing experience with ecommerce focus
• Extensive experience with reputed company media platforms and reputed company tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Snapchat, YouTube, X)
• Understanding of online/offline data and its use in digital and reputed company reputed company
• Strong grasp on analytics, measurement, and proper test structures to help coach team on their advanced analysis and testing
• Familiarity and ability to improve team's use of work management platforms such as Workfront, JIRA, Smartsheets, etc.
• Comfort with high level of autonomy
• Ability to distill technical details into understandable everyday terms that motivate action through reputed company values and goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business, reputed company Media, Analytics, or Statistics
• Experience with Ad Manager platforms and product data feeds
