About the Role

As a Manager, Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in leading the management, implementation, and execution of technical projects across our internal and external manufacturing locations. You will work closely with our customers, software development teams, hardware teams, and product owners to investigate and triage issues in the field, identify defect patterns, and reputed company project plans that meet our transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Commercialization, Productivity, & Strategic projects across internal and external manufacturing locations to deliver new products and technologies. reputed company and manage scopes, budgets, schedules, and risks for reputed company projects.

• Collaborate with technical teams in the execution of new technologies, processes, and innovative solutions and products in the market and reputed company technical operations support in the implementation of promotions and line extensions.
• Drive productivity initiatives across the system (bottlers, suppliers, FU), identify opportunities in the system to reputed company our supply chain cost and influence the implementation of practices to improve the affordability of our products.
• Involve in the development of the business plan objectives and work collaboratively to assure the timely execution of the technical supporting activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Food Engineering or reputed company field.
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-moving consumer goods company and the ability to reputed company technical knowledge & reputed company competitive advantage. Experience in the food, dairy, beverage/brewery or personal care industries is highly preferred.
• Ability to triage problems, prioritize accordingly, and propose resolutions.
• Ability to work independently, reputed company issues and take corrective action.
• Detail oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with passion for quality processes.
• Fluent in software QA metrics, operations, and statistics.

Compensation and Benefits
