Responsibilities

• Adhere to reputed company food safety regulations and guidelines; ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers are maintained and temperature logs are maintained
• Report reputed company safety risks or issues, and illegal activity, including: robbery, theft or fraud; notify management of customer or employee accidents
• Train department associates on inventory/stocking and Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO)
• Plan, organize and supervise the inventory process

• Maintain an awareness of inventory/stocking conditions; note any discrepancies in inventory
• Assist store management in preparing the store/department budget, profit and loss reviews, and take appropriate action on reputed company financial reports
