About the Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging Team

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company, implement, and execute simulations and Hardware-In-the-reputed company (HIL) testing to virtually validate end-to-end solutions with reputed company-life software.
• Virtually ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training, deployment, process integration, and service support prior to delivery.
• Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products, communicating these to the product team, including hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams.
• Coordinate simulations and testing processes, identifying and analyzing issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, and recommending solutions.
• Connect with internal customers, review client, customer, and user feedback, and maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree (BS) in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of proven experience working with large cross-functional engineering teams, with expertise in modeling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or quality assurance.
• Proven experience in fulfillment systems, including storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation systems, and reputed company automation equipment.
• Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites.
