Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a Field Case Manager, your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

• Practice Management: Customize program elements to meet the needs of assigned prescribing physicians, review patient status, and assist with patient enrollment and payer forms.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
