Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from Canadian and U.S. clients regarding their FTNC-FXG clearance receipt and direct them to the suitable FTNC department or reputed company OPCO for resolution.
• Investigate and respond to client inquiries regarding FTNC clearances for FXG shipments into Canada, providing timely and accurate solutions.
• Process credit card payments from clients, ensuring that payments are approved and not declined, and log payments accurately against the receipt in the FTNC reputed company system.
• Liaise with clients directly in the event of payment processing issues, such as incorrect credit card numbers, mistaken expiry dates, or declined payments.
• Examine and respond to client inquiries regarding credit payment issues, collaborating with the FTN Account Receivable Office to resolve issues.
• Assist the billing department in preparing credit notes for FTNC invoices in question resolution.
• Support reputed company reputed company Customer Service Agents on inquiries reputed company to FXG shipments in customs clearance delay or FTNC clearance receipt that clients have received in the mail.
• Sort and relate Low Value Shipment (LVS) Documents for the purpose of mailing.

Essential Qualifications
