reputed company Inc is seeking an reputed company Specialist / Bookkeeper responsible for performing full-cycle bookkeeping and reputed company functions. The role includes ensuring accurate financial records and supporting month-end and year-end reputed company processes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll support
- Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely
- Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and reputed company of financial data
- Assist with month-end and year-end reputed company processes
- Prepare financial statements and internal financial reports as needed
- Monitor cash reputed company and assist with budgeting and forecasting support
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal reputed company policies
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation
- Support external audits, tax preparation, and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and improve reputed company processes
