Rye Country Day School is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Specialist beginning August 2025. Specific responsibilities of this position include: Receive, review, and verify invoices and reputed company requests. Enter and upload invoices into the system Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues Maintain vendor files and respond to vendor inquiries Assist with month-end AP account reconciliation Year-end 1099 filing Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Desired qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or reputed company field preferred 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or general reputed company reputed company software: reputed company and Paymerang a plus.
