Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative for our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy, you will be responsible for providing telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for patients, handling new patient medication orders and reorders, verifying and reviving benefits, translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system, communicating and collecting copay amounts, obtaining authorizations, and working with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to screen, identify, resolve, and defer orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
* One year of experience in a customer service role handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs over the phone
