Position Summary

As a Call Center Customer Service Admin at blithequark, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling customer service activities, and reviewing completed service tickets for quality assurance. You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner, and maintaining a positive and courteous approach to reputed company customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent customer service during reputed company inbound and outbound phone calls, maintaining effective relationships with peers, multiple internal/external customers, and senior leaders.
  • Schedules service customers with local technicians as needed.
  • Reviews completed service tickets for quality assurance in the region.
  • Acts as a liaison and corporate contact for blithequark installation and service teams at the local office in your region.
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm, adaptability, and patience, while being highly detail-oriented and data-efficient.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience.
  • At least 1 year of previous office or administrative experience.
  • Computer and keyboard proficiency, with job duties performed in a paperless environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with reputed company parties.
  • Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency using reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Project, and/or reputed company).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment reputed company status.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute (wpm).
