Entry Level Customer Service Representative - Nights/Weekends Sign-On Bonus!

Receive $350 after training! We are seeking individuals who are looking not just for a job but for a purpose. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be supporting callers while using the computer to answer general questions about policies, practices, procedures, and other information.

The Opportunity

Wage: $18.00 per hour plus a Health & Welfare Benefit, with an opportunity to move up to $20.06 after reputed company clearance and Applicant Line certification is obtained. Plus a $1 increase for every hour worked after 6:00pm Monday - Friday.

Hours: Both full (30+) and part-time shifts available reputed company - Saturday 6:00AM (EST) – 11:30PM (EST).

Location: 2511 N. Martin Luther King, Blvd. Lansing MI 48906; This is an on-site position in Lansing, Michigan.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• U.S. Citizen
• Call center experience preferred
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Basic computer skills (typing, reading comprehension)
• Weekend and second shift availability

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Promoting blithequark's reputed company, values, and services to reputed company customers and maintaining organization-wide quality standards.
• Following established policies and procedures to respond and reputed company calls in a timely manner while providing superior customer service.
• Gathering and logging information after determining customers' needs; accessing knowledge reputed company per customer request for information, applying problem-solving skills, and resolving inquiries/requests effectively and accurately.
• Verifying and recording demographic data and escalating customer issues as appropriate while serving in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintaining flexibility in work hours and shifts.
• Accepting other jobs/duties as assigned.

This position services a government contract that blithequark has held for 10 years! This contract requires you to pass and maintain appropriate reputed company clearance. After you pass the reputed company clearance, you not only receive a pay increase, but you will also be approved by the government that you are trustworthy to manage sensitive data.
