About the Role

As a Group Manager, Global Coffee and Tea, Strategy, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of reputed company' coffee and tea business. This is a high-impact role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with global coffee trading teams and FSC (Farmer Support Center) to identify business opportunities for growth, investment, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Drive internal "ministry" for coffee and tea storytelling and brand-building, influencing across the organization for maximum brand and business impact.
• Communicate team recommendations to senior leaders and handle various forms of feedback.
• Manage overall project work plans, defining approach, timing, and key deliverables.
